My name is Mike

It's the alchemy of everything I've studied and lived, personally and professionally over the past 20 years. 
It's my method of helping you expand your relational capacity to increase your relational agility and it comes from a blend of tools: Gene Keys, Relational Life Therapy, attachment theory, an Intuitive Life Coaching certification, co-regulation practices, somatic experiencing, guided meditations, breathwork and more.

I have destroyed soooo many relationships.

The reason I'm leading with this is so you can feel that I am human. I am not just regurgitating things I have learned in books. I have messed up so many times you wouldn't believe it. 

This makes what you are going through easy for me to hold because I most likely have been there too and been held in the mess of it all. I was separated from my mother day one of entering the planet. Adopted twice in the first 14 months of my life. That seeded deeeep fear of rejection and insecurities that I have had to overcome (still working at it). We can only support people to the level of where we have first gone.

Fast forward into adult life and these early wounds manifested into my deepest unconscious fear. Being Left. 

In 2018 My wife walked out, and I didn’t even see it coming. We were together for 7 years.

This brought me to my knees. I prayed for help and it showed up immediately. It started with a soul coach. He helped me connect to my divine power while building a healthy relationship to my emotions that I had shut down for years. Reconnecting to my emotions and soul introduced me to a felt sense of confidence and fulfillment I hadn’t experienced before. I then attracted therapists, mentors, coaches and relationships that helped me become more and more aligned. 

For over a decade I was invested in personal development but it just led to depression and a divorce.

When I started cultivating aligned relationships my whole life began to transform.

A few years ago I asked myself the question “ How is this happening?”
The answer that dropped in for me was “relationship”.

I was beginning to see the byproduct of aligned relationships and how they create a field of reciprocity. They help expedite the path to self realization and awakening.

Without accurate external mirrors in relationship we just end up playing out our unconscious conditioning. We just repeat a lot of the narrative we were fed growing up or continue to listen to that is around us.

What I have realized over the years is that “right relationship” is everything if we are to expand into our human potential and feel good in our bodies.

My life’s devotion has become my personal work to expand my personal capacity to meet others where they are at, to realize their highest expression of love.
