Using this site

You're welcome to explore, learn and take part in our free and paid content. Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Don't try to disrupt it, access accounts that aren't yours, or share your login or paid content with others.

Coaching is not therapy or medical advice

Our coaching, courses, podcasts and content are for education and personal growth. They are not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they don't replace care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or need medical or mental health support, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services right away.

You are responsible for your own choices and actions. Results vary from person to person, and we can't guarantee specific outcomes.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown on each offer page and are charged through our secure payment providers, Kajabi and Stripe. Refund terms are as stated on each offer page. If an offer page doesn't mention refunds, please email us and we'll work with you in good faith. Payment plans must be paid in full as agreed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our programs, including videos, audio, worksheets, text, logos and course materials, belongs to Mike Elliott Coaching Inc. or is used with permission. You may use it for your own personal learning. Please don't copy, resell, republish or share it without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

Our site may link to or use other services, such as YouTube, Zoom, Kajabi and Stripe. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

Limitation of liability

We offer our content and services in good faith and "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mike Elliott Coaching Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our services. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
